Let's just say I had a lot of fun writing this one. :P

The original version of this build ran Conjuration, but when I redid it I decided to go for Illusion instead. Altmer tend to be anti-daedra, but then again, that doesn't stop the Thalmor from using Conjuration. Really though, either Illusion or Conjuration could work for this build.

I'll admit, a perk spread would be ideal, but I suck at doing them. To compensate, I outline which perks to take for each skill in the skills section. For example, in the Alteration part of the skills section, I put: Grab all the perks in this tree except for Alteration Dual Casting. Also, the link is loading for me, but then again, ever since the site got revamped, SkyrimCalculator seems to have issues loading at times.

Personally, I like the way the pictures are spread throughout the build, but I'll think about taking some of them out.

Not only that but aren't Thalmors also fond of using bound swords? For some reason I can't recall witnessing any of them doing that ingame but I'm pretty sure I have seen a load screen of it.

To compensate the posibility to enchant the armor (since it's obviously pre-enchanted) you could use the vampire lord armor that stacks with it. It's a glitch, so I'm not sure if you'd like that but if you're interested I can tell you how.
Works for consoles and pc alike though.

Yeah, some of them will use Bound Swords too.

Personally, I found that I didn't need to use any stacking glitches; particularly with Extra Effect. Good idea though.

Indeed, you don't have too. And since no Thalmor npc does use it I wasn't sure if I would offer the idea though.
You would loose the clothing (it is clothing, not armor) during transforming back to a Vampire Lord though, unless you trade it to a companion prior to transforming.

This really is a thorn in the side for a group with a like-based ranking system. Granted, there is a work-around, but you still hate to see it happen. I'm sorry it happened to you.

Probably when we inevitably "upgrade" to Ning 3.0 and lose the like system altogether -_-

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a hard limit on overall likes for the site and when its reached Ning randomly removes likes from posts. 

The like system can be preserved because we know what rank each build falls into. And the log of whose liked the build remains. I'll update this one when I get home albino. Remain calm people....

It's not a big deal Shin; this build will hit Legendary soon enough anyway. >:D

It's an albino build. Of course it will hit legendary :) The bug is a minor issue at best. What sounds more impressive? Having a single legendary build with 150 likes, or having several legendary builds under your belt?
