Sorry to hear about your job, Pierogidog.
Yeah, I plan to post some helpful leveling guides in the very near future. Is your NB magcka-based (primarily spells and staff) or stamina-based (physical weapons)? Both are very powerful if developed properly. No worries though, since at level 10, you're still low enough to experiement with a few things. I'll keep you posted.

sounds good. I'm primarily stamina/weapon based but I intent to experiment with staves in the near future. My ESO name is Pierogidog as well, so have your dragon knight send me a tell.

If you go the magicka-based skills route, the dragon knight is very powerful. Don't get me wrong, a stamina dragon knight is powerful as well, but it takes more "skill" to use the abilities effectively.
Have fun! Glad to see that you have a partner in-game now.

If you're planning on grouping with Pierogidog's nightblade, I hate to break it to you, but you'll be the meat shield.
If played right at higher levels, a good nightblade will bring the enemy's health down to 50% before it knew he was there. Cloak > Funnel Health > Teleport Strike > Impale = game over.
Nightblade (any kind) = OP in PvE, all day eerry day; OP in PvP (unless you know how to counter them). Stamina NBs are a bit harder to play, requiring more player skill, but once learned, are very powerful.
Magicka Dragonknight = OP in PvE (but less so than magicka NB) - less burst damage than a NB and a Sorcerer, but better sustain. In PvP, OP in one-on-one duels, but needs a bit more player skill for group battles.

It's good to see some fresh energy in the ESO group - well done Patriarch on getting this moving
I had a very enjoyable few hours in Tamriel today, and can officially confirm that I'm now hooked into ESO - having played a bit when it first came out, and somehow never got into it.
You asked about what guides we might like, and I'd like to suggest a 'Guide for Solo Play' would be good. Why do I suggest that in what is, after all, an MMO? Well, I'm playing almost exclusively as a solo player. I do kinda 'team up' with people in dungeons on an informal basis, but I don't belong to any Guilds and don't really plan on doing so (I simply don't have the time available to be useful in any actual Guild)
So I've been doing quests, collecting crafting ingredients, listening to conversation, reading lore books - in fact, doing most everything that I do in Skyrim. I've become quite adept at more or less ignoring the other people running around (there actually aren't that many on the European PS4 server anyway).
I think it would be useful to have a Solo Guide, and would be particularly useful for those who might be tempted over from playing Skyrim (i.e most people on this site!)

This is a fantastic idea! I would love to see a guide on this too, if anyone has time to put one together.
And yes! Well done, Patriarch. Glad to see things getting going here.

I'm glad you're enjoying the game, Paul! What race, class, and faction did you choose?
As for guides, a 'how to solo' guide is a great idea. 80% of this game is solo-able. Plus, it might help ease new players into the game. I'll write one up this weekend. Excellent idea!
