Looks good. A lot of the ideas in Fengrush's video are along my lines of thinking, not really going to aim specifically for what he's done since the game will probably change quite a bit before I reach that point, lol. That's one of the few things I don't really like about ESO, I had to keep respeccing/re-gearing if I wanted to stay on top in PvP.
Kinda leaning more towards two-handed at this point, but if I do get around to reaching high levels I'll see how I go. Besides, once I have a character of all 4 classes at champion levels I should be able to switch things up pretty easily!

Haha. I also plan to have every class in both magicka and stamina. It will keep my gameplay fresh.
My guild mates who run stamina builds have said that they run DW for PvE and 2H for PvP. I think they just like spamming Wrecking Blow! Honest;y, though, I've observed far more 2H than DW in PvP, but I've dueled with fantastic DW players.

The Overload bar is still a thing, (a thing that catches me out sometimes when I fire off a skill I wasn't expecting.) It's definitly not the most effective line up I have, but that comes back to my character vibe more than anything. The char is still young as well and thanks to your advice I'm considering swapping out one of those weapons for a sword and shield. Actually the only reason I haven't done that yet is because then I'd have to make the same decision you're trying to make haha

Overload is, in my opinion, one of the best ultimates in the game. Pro-tip: when morphing, choose Energy Overload, not Power Overload. Power Overload is bugged and will not provide the benefit as stated in the tool tip. Plus, Energy Overload will give magicka back.

I used Rally on my Templar in PvP, super useful. I'm guessing the Major Brutality buff won't stack with Surge though? Not really a deciding factor though seeing as the last Dual Wield skills grants Major Brutality as well.

I hadn't noticed that, thanks for the tip! As a stam build I'd gravitated to more aoe over magicka but I'll keep that in mind next time I respec.

No, I wouldn't think that the major brutality from Rally would stack with Surge. Both give major brutality, so the first skill to proc the buff will control.

Has anybody done the Those Truly Worthy quest in Wrothgar? You get the Vengeful Eye and you have to option of destroying it, taking it to the Shrine of Malacath or taking it to Orsinium. I was wondering what the differences are.

I did it only once, and I gave it to Dagarha. I received as a reward the Ring of the Furious One, which had the perfect enchantment for my stamina character.
Destroying it will net you pleasure of sticking it to both the Winterborn and the Malacath-followers.
I'm not sure what happens if it's brought to the Shrine.
