Stones of Barenziah Trick

  Hello everyone and welcome to my first post on this blog! This post will explain how to get the Stones of Barenziah a lot faster.

  1.: So when you find the first gem what you want to do is instead of activating it once, you should press the activate button multiple times quickly. This will give you 2 gems rather then 1 sometimes even 3.

  2.: Do this on every stone you find and your work will be cut in half, so instead of finding 24 stones you'll only have to find 12. Although sometimes this will not work so the max stones you'll have to collect will be 15-16.

  Yeah this definitely works on ps3. I've used this many times, it's actually possible to get many more stones from some of them, I've had 5 out of one before. Some of them seem to persist a fraction of a second longer which gives you more opportunity to get the clicks in. If there are loose objects around the stone it's worth clearing them out so they don't get in the way. Also if the stone is on a container like some drawers there is a problem where your second click will access the container and you'll only get a single stone. The trick here is to back away from the stone so it's just in range but the container isn't. Then every click will register on the stone.

  The same concept works with those Soul Fissures in the Soul Cairn. It even prioritizes the higher gem sizes first.
