How to transform into a werewolf while being invisible

I have been working on a build idea for an assassin who uses lycanthropy as a way to kill in close range while using a bow to kill at long range.

A friend of mine, Vazgen, had an idea on how to improve it... Using invisibility to hide from enemies that are getting too close and then transforming into beast for to tear them apart. And it's fairly easy to do:

Step 1: use the Shadowcloak of Nocturnal ability while standing.
Step 2: press the transform button and immediately crouch.

There, you will be invisible throughout the whole transformation and will surprise enemies when you are in the beast form (you still appear when you attack).

(Special thanks goes to Vazgen, without his testing I probably would never have found this out)

It might have been better to keep this secret until you posted the build Bryn.

I won't really use it, I would have to join the thieves guild and that doesn't match the character...

Plus, it will probably take me a month or two to finish the character, so I would have forgotten about it by then

Pretty cool, Bryn! Can you still use stealth kills and get any backstab bonuses, or is it primarily an rp thing?

I would hope you get a sneak bonus from your claw attacks, but I'm not sure.

Very handy info, thanks. I often use the werewolf form on assassination missions to avoid picking up a bounty. This could tie into that nicely, even if it's just from a roleplay perspective.

Bryn, I think I should've been more clear. You are invisible only during the transformation, when it's finished you become visible and can't become invisible again. It can be used when you escape the combat, become invisible and while the enemies are searching for you, transform and tear them apartĀ

    Try it with Muffle.

-_-... Now I just want this deleted because I was being mislead. You worded it incorrectly!
