Interesting discovery about the Bardic Knowledge power.

This may have been already discovered, but the "Bardic Knowledge" black book power first of all, follows you. Secondly, it can be reused infinite amounts of time. This basically provides a permanent 50% stamina regen increase. Then, if you get Necromage before you get the power, it boosts it up to 75% permanent stamina regen without enchantments. Still trying to figure out a way to get it to 100 %, because that would completely negate the sun damage towards stamina for a vampire. I guess you could take a Fortify Restoration 100% every time you use the power, but it would require alchemy which not all builds use. Any tips on how to get it to 100% WITHOUT enchantments.

Ah perfect. Forgot about that, thanks. Do you know how much stamina regeneration it adds?

+50 stamina and +50% regeneration. Can be a substitute for Necromage

Ring of namira gives health regen, not stamina. Use wind walker perk from light armour plus the bardic power for a full 100% regen, or use alchemy/enchanting for even better results.

It gives stamina. Once you feed, then it stacks health regen

There is a perk in the light armor skill tree that makes stamina regenerate 50% faster while wearing all light armor.
