    Character Name - Mallio Cullaso
    Gender - Male
    Difficulty - Legendary

    Backstory:
Every step the weight on my back grew heavier and every step I was further from home than I had ever
been. I could still see the fire, smell it too, my memory told me I could still feel the heat but that
wasn't true. I was very far from it, safe. My father told me to flee to skyrim and seek out the
companions, I had no idea who they were but he told me to do it so I did. It was going to be a long
and trying journey but I had made up my mind and had already left my home.

    Journal Entry
    Date - 4E 180
"You shall all be slaughtered for the defiance of the White-Gold Concordot! Die Filth!"
" Run Mallio! Seek out the companions in skyrim! Go now before they find you!"
Those were the last words I heard, the last sound I heard was a twig snap and that has been on my
mind since I heard it. I won't lie to my journal, I have no idea what the White-Gold Concordot is, and
why my town was slaughtered for worshipping Talos or even why I was told to find the companions. But my
father knows what is in the best interest for my survival so I am doing it anyway.
I remember yesterday, a man telling me about Mighty Talos, but I didn't actualy listen. I heard
something about the White-Gold-Concordot but alas I still have no real idea what it is.
I was only 10 I don't understand why I would be expected to know what any of that is anyway.

    Journal Entry
    Date - 4E 190
Twenty years of age I now found the companions. It took me ten years but I finally did it.
However, it has been a failed journey, the last ten years were useless. I had been rejected from their
ranks. Although an imperial wiseman came to me seeking shelter in my house. We begun to talk, I asked
where he was from and what his buisness was here in Skyrim. I told him about my history and my reasons
for being in this freezing land and of me being rejected from the companions.

" Child, do not fear for the companions are but sellswords with little honor. They care more about gold
than they do of honor. If you seek to learn how to fight like a true soldier with honor and integrity
join the empire, fight for the empire and die for it. I use to be young like you when my body could
still lift a sword and fight. I fought in the Great War. Although we lost it taught me that fame and
glory is nothing compared to honor. The empire is seeking new soldiers as well, so you're lucky you found me tonight hah! "

I took his words to heart and joined the empire, rising through the ranks by 4E 201, at the age of 30,
I became a Penitus Oculatus Agent, sworn to defend the emperor. Which brings me to the current time of
the dragon threat. I have been sent to attempt to quell the threat of the dragons and assist the holds
of skyrim in protection. I have since been upgraded through the ranks when I was recognized as
dragonborn, and now am the empires personal dragon hunter

House - Lakeview Manor (Hearthfire DLC) - I was shocked to find out my old house had been torn down, so
I went and bought the property and remade it.

Hey Zopzyz, sorry it's taken me a bit longer than I expected to get back to you on this one. So, this isn't a bad build by any stretch but I think there are a lot of things you can do to improve it. I'm kinda going to break this into different sections but focusing primarily on your presetnation, that's something that I think is easier to get help on rather than develop by yourself.

Ask if your not sure on anything mate, I can get a bit carried away with advice for Presentation, and if there's something you don't know, let me know and I can run through that specific in more detail.

    Pictures:

So, the main thing I'd like to recommend is centering your pictures rather than aligning them to the left, it just works better visually when you've got larger images rather than the sort that can fit next to text like you tend to use. Naturally it seems like a fairly small deal for the build, but the way you present your build is the first thing that a reader is going to notice, and the easiest thing to push people away. If your reading a build and it looks stunning, you genreally assume that the build is going to be amazing (it's not always the case, but most of the time).

The next section I'd like to talk about is your text formatting, at the moment your build is more or less just the text and there's nothing within the text to break up the build, or more importantly, allow someone who's playing your build to easily navigate it. Imagine at the moment that I'm playing your build and just wanted to pop by quickly to check out a single part of it, at the moment I'd need to read a lot more rather than having my eye drawn towards it. Here's a quick example for part of your build.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

              Gear

Dragonscale Armor- Fortify Health Regen and Fortify Stamina Regen

Dragonscale Boots - Resist Frost and Resist Fire

Dragonscale Gauntlets - Fortify One-Handed and Fortify Unarmed

The Jagged Crown - Fortify Archery and Fortify Restoration

Dragonscale Shield - Resist Magic and Resist Shock

Dragonscale Sword - Chaos Damage and Absorb Health

Dragonscale Bow - Fiery Soul Trap and Paralyze

    Gauldur Amulet

Any ring - Fortify Magicka, Fortify Archery or One-Handed

              Roleplay

As an Imperial, and part of The Empire, you will not tolerate defiance of the law, and you should always help people in need.

Go out of your way to kill dragons, that's the point of this build.

Give gold to beggars as they are less fortunate than you and may have the same story as you with the cause of homelessness, but you were lucky and got a house.

              Gameplay

Quell the Herd: Slow time + Bow

Time slows at the speed of your skill with a bow and arrow. Use this when there are multiple enemies on the battlefield

Justice: Dragon Aspect + Sword and Shield

You claim the aspect of a dragon and with it you claim justice on the battlefield by charging with your shield raised knocking down all enemies to their death. Use this on cliffs or anywhere where your enemies will die from fall damage

Death to all Dragons: Dragon Aspect + Slow Time + Dragonrend + Bow and Sword

Dragon Aspect reduces the shout cooldown allowing for use of Slow Time and Dragonrend meaning you can slow time and barrage your enemies with arrows and then Dragonrend to hack and slash your way to their death.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, it's mostly just minor stuff like how you've spaced everything, using Bold and Italicized text at proper times. Breaking up your sections with larger 'titles' helps the reader just jump from section to section quicker if they're coming back a second or third time, plus gives your build more of a natural flow than just breaking text up with pictures. All in all, it's not exciting stuff (for most people, I love it :P) but you'd be surprised at how much better a build can look with just a bit of work put into the Text Formatting. This is all some of the more basic stuff, but there's definitely a lot that can be done.

I think that's the basic starting point, just working with the text formatting and how you've added the pictures in. Would've loved to delve into everything else but I think I might come back when I've got a bit more time. It'll be a bit more focused on the build rather than just the presentation.

Thanks for the input, I'll be sure to work on that with next builds to come and will put in more time and effort for the presentation for them. And no worries for slow replies you have other things to do lol no need to apologize for that :D

I would also recommend trying to fix up this build. Also, as a general rule, builds must have Character Build in the title

Hah, thanks Zopz, I'll probably do it everytime anyway, just how I am :P So I mostly have to back Chris up, I'd put a lot more emphasis on editing this build and working on it. The skills you develop from hammering a build into place makes it a lot easier to post a really good third, fourth or fifth build (or more). And yeah the build should be titled 'Character Build: Dragon's Bane'

Other then that, I also wanted to let you know that techncially speaking you need to have all perks listed rather than saying " The left side of the tree' just a rule we've got in place, and also something that I think makes a perk section look a little neater.

Alright, hey again Zopz got the rest of the breakdown of the build for you.

So I liked the backstory and that aspect of the Character, really have nothing to say about it that isn't 'Text Formatting' related so I'll jut move past it, wanted to let you know that you seem to have a knack for writing interesting stories and characters, definitely the best part of your builds so far. The main thing I'd like to talk to you about today is your Gameplay, or really a bit of a lack of a proper gameplay section, that's even more prominent because your aiming for this to be playable on Legendary Edition. What you have now is a cool little tactics section but not a proper gameplay section that breaks down how the character fights, yeah we can get some ideas, we obviously know the major weapons and Shouts, but, what does he do before Shouts are unlocked? Against enemies that are too far away from his shouts to be affective, what about enemies that gang up on him or a host of other factors.

Simply put, your Gameplay or Combat section has to, in my opinion, at least showcase the character's 'normal' fighting style, how he uses Shouts in combination with that fighting style and also how to fight, at least four types of enemies. Those are Warriors, Mages, Archers and Dragons (with the fourth swapping out depending on the character, for example Priests tend to fight Undead, Hunters tend to fight Animals, which are slightly different to other enemies, and so on). It just makes your character more complete.

What's more is that I'd recommend really breaking down and explaining the perks, both how they work together and why you chose them. It's another way to make your character a bit clearer and more established.

I would highly recommend reading, The Mage Knight, specifically his 'Skills and Perks' the section just after the Perk Spread (the image with the perks listed out), all the way down to the Equipment section and then Gameplay and Combat. I'd really recommend the whole thing because it's an amazing build but those are the key areas that I think you should take inspiration from. His explanation and analysis of the character is really well done, and while it doesn't have to be that in-depth I would certainly have a similar aproach to it.
