I've been doing something a bit different lately which is really helping me. I've taken to not planning out my Perk Spreads, and creating a spreadsheet of what gear I've found, what perks I took (at what level I took them and what skill level I needed...but I might change that last one to what skill level I was when I took the perk) and it's really helping me focus my build during the process.

Dunno, just an interesting little thing I've been trying out lately that might help out.
