I've never managed to find a truly evil character build and skyrim doesn't allow for too much lee-way, mostly all evil characters I play end up as assholes rather than skyrim's version of sauron. so without further ado here is

    Backstory

"Before there was the Overlord there was a Man, Not a good man mind you, but a man nevertheless a Man    like you or I, Flesh, blood and bones, This man's name was Rodrick and he lived in the first era in a dark tower in skyrim. There was a village just below his tower and Rodrick frequently went down and terrorized the village by using his weapons and his magic. but one day a group of paladin's called Stendarr's Might saw what Rodrick was doing to the town and had planned an attack on him. This attack took place at dusk but the Paladin's were too late as they entered the tower Rodrick was shaking violently and his eyes were glowing red, a black aura surrounded him shrouding the whole building in an unnatural darkness, at this point the man named Rodrick was gone and all that was left was a husk full of evil, darkness and an everlasting hunger for power. What happened then was even more strange as the creature had phased into an empty plane of existence and seeing it's circumstances decided to craft a plane of oblivion. A horrific bloody land full of burnt, desecrated corpses and little to no signs of life. Then his tower came through housing his throne and all his followers on lower level's of the tower. The tower also had a torture chamber for all "heroes" who tried to stop him, During the fourth era he decided to walk in to mundus and cause some chaos in skyrim"

RACE:  Any human or elf race (Tail doesn't fit with aesthetic of the character)

STONE:  Lover until you get most of the major skills a decent way through, then if you want to switch you can

MAJOR SKILLS (in order of importance ): Heavy Armour, One Handed, Destruction, Conjuration, Illusion, Enchanting.

MINOR SKILLS (in order of importance): Smithing, Alchemy, Sneak, Alteration, Archery, Speech, Lock picking,  Pickpocket.(Pickpocket is just used to be a dick like stealing weapons from an enemy then walking in front of them this works well with illusion as you can calm an enemy then steal his weapon, Archery is used to pick off enemies when you don't have magicka and sneak is used to remain hidden if there are too many enemies about)

    WEAPON: Any one handed weapon

ARMOUR: Daedric, Ebony with Ebony Mail,

QUESTS: Any Evil Quests, All Daedric quests,

    STATS: 2/2/1

    Gameplay

When you play this character you will charge in and kill a few enemies then you will  raise one as a zombie then you will fear the enemies and watch in amusement as your zombie rips them to shreds, When enemies are far away you'll cast Your destruction magic at them (the same goes for when there are archers near a group of warriors. take out the archers)  if there are too many enemies fear most of them and just deal with a few of them. Keep a dead thrall around to use as a meat shield to sponge up damage and too soften up enemies. If you are getting severely beaten don't be afraid to RUN AWAY this build is not an idiot he knows when it is time to book it. Make sure to have a good set of enchanted Armour on as well something like. one handed increased and destruction cost less or even more health, or something different if you want.

You'll want perks in all the major skills. here they are. Heavy Armour= 5 Juggernaut; Well fitted; tower of strength and matching set.

One handed= 5 in armsman; Fighting stance; Critical Charge and savage strike

    Destruction= novice-Expert Destruction

    Conjuration= novice-Master Conjuration

Illusion= Novice-Expert Illusion; animage; kindred mage; quiet casting; hypnotic gaze; aspect of terror; rage

Enchanting=  5 in Enchanter; insightful enchanter; corpus enchanter; extra effect; fire enchanter; frost enchanter and storm enchanter

That's the main perks after these ones you can do what you want

    Roleplaying

    1. You pretend to serve the Daedra but you just do it to get power

    2. Kill when you feel like it but do it away from prying eyes or if someone sees you. Go on a murderous rampage

    3.Get the oblivion walker achievement

4.Kill all Thalmor, Vigilants and priests when you can

    5. BE BADASS

You didn't bother reading the  Group Rules or Character Building Guide, did you? You need to add the following to your build:

    1. A perk spread (list of perks taken)
    2. A gameplay section which describes how your build handles combat. At the moment, it is severely lacking.

Since your build doesn't meet the minimum requirements, I have to feature it. That means you have 24 hours to make the necessary additions or this gets deleted.

Can you give me an example? because I've said the gameplay and told them were there perks should be in

List the perk. All perks in every major skill? Should we take all axe, mace and sword perks? Every destruction element?

Tell us how you fight against various enemies and how to do so BEFORE we have your final gear. What quests do we do first? Where do we go?

"You'll want perks in all the major skills"

To be fair this is not enough to give readers an accurate idea of where to place their perks.

Ah, the gameplay really needs to be expanded to show how to fight multiple types of opponents at the very least. The Loup-Garou is a good example of what a completed build should cover and look like (not the exact style and content obviously, but it is an example)

The Perks will need to be the exact perks you chose with this build, not the just the skill trees, at the moment we couldn't really play this because A) We don't know exactly how to fight and B) We have no idea what perks to pick. Do we perk Heavy Armour more heavily than Illusion? Alchemy more than Sneak.

Another thing you should add, is how you use all those skills. You pretty much use every skill apparently, but how did Pickpocket, Sneak and Archery fit into this? You mention them as skills but not how you use them. I'd really recommend adding a description on what you used them for rather than just mentioning them.

I always go off the assumption that the reader only knows the basics of the game, going into Combat and Skill detail can help them gain a much larger understanding of the build and play it more successfully.

I've just updated it, thanks for feedback if anything needs changing please tell me. and about not listing  specilization perks I like giving people lee-way on what weapon/ spell they would like to use

Yeah those minor skills are more for fun and when you've basically done the major skills

and when you just don't know what to do with other perk points.

Every perk, every skill, has to fit the build. You shouldn't include skills at random just to dump something into

I Know when i played the build those skills also helped against large enemies stuff like sneak kept me hidden and archery allowed me to pick off enemies and pickpocket and illusion work well. calm an enemy pickpocket his weapon then watch as he tries to find something to kill you
