    Lore:

The pain healers are followers of the divines, They got extinct years before Tiber Septim, but there is only  one left reborn by the divines themselves her name is Velma. The pain healers are healers that damage themselves to cure others. Basically they used to take the pain instead of the victim, so if somebody is being attacked the pain healers heals them from a far distance, taking the pain for themselves.

    Introduction:

"I am Velma, I've been reborn to heal those who are in need, and cleanse those who are cursed. I'll sacrifice myself to take the pain and heal those in need. I've ventured all of Tamriel, now i find myself in Skyrim, me being reborn in these difficult times is not an accident, the divines have summoned me for a reason, and i will get it done."

    Races and information:

Race: High elf, the 50+ Magicka is great.

Stone: Take the Mage stone, after switch to Atronach or Lord.

    Equipment:

Head: Any type of circlet (enchant with fortify magicka and fortify health)

Chest: Archmage robes ( already enchanted)

    Major skills:

Restoration: This is the main skill for this build, this is obviously required to heal your follower and protect yourself from incoming spells.

Alteration: Except for the part that this is need for the equilibrium spell, you'll be needing flesh spells to gain armor if you're being attacked. Also the spell paralyze is needed.

Conjuration: This comes handy to summon atronachs, the permanent thralls are great even if it takes time to summon them, but preferably summon them before entering in combat.

    Minor skills:

Destruction: This is required to deal damage if you're being attacked, the most required spells are wall of flames, sparks and frost.

Enchanting: This is needed for enchanting your own items and also your follower items.

Smithing: Although this is optional, you can just but the armor for your follower, (ebony armor) or smith them yourself, but if you're smithing  the armor. Smith dragon bone armor.

    Perks:

    Stats:

Start by 2/1/then once you get around 300 magicka 1/1/0

    Gameplay:

    weapon users

Let the enemy ingage on you then, once you see them coming to your path use frost wall to damage their staming and slowing them down, by that time your follower has enough time to defend you. Once your follower is fighting use equilibrium and heal your follower, basically this will be a permanent heal. if your health gets low, heal yourself and continue healing after.

    Mages

Whenever facing mages, use the storm wall to drain their magicka, so they will be using their side weapon and won't be dealing that much damage to your follower. Once your follower is fighting use equilibrium and heal your follower, basically this will be a permanent heal. if your health gets low, heal yourself and continue healing after.

     Dragons

These are the hardest, as they can damage both you and your followers and atronachs, depending on what the dragon uses (frost or fire) summon an atronach of the dragon's type so your atronachs won't take damage. Once your follower is fighting use equilibrium and heal your follower, basically this will be a permanent heal. if your health gets low, heal yourself and continue healing after.

    Draugrs

Once fighting draugrs, cast the circle of protection and guardian circle, this will heal anyone inside and with the repel the draugrs will flee, your followers will chase them down with no one taking damage.Once your follower is fighting use equilibrium and heal your follower, basically this will be a permanent heal. if your health gets low, heal yourself and continue healing after.

    Quests:

College of winterhold: This will help you getting more spells, and it's needed for the archmage robes. also for the equilibrium spell.

Main storyline: Being a dragon born and a pain healer? more power, more healing!

Dawnguard: Join the dawnguard, and after finishing it cleanse serana from being a vampire. but do not keep her as a follower.

A daedra's best friend: You won't be completing the quest, the only reason you'll start it is for barbas, he's invincible and a great pet. you won't be worrying because of him dying.

Book of love: this is suppose to be granting you the "restoration spells heal 10% more" also you're a follower of every divine.

Spread the love: Just spread love in riften and be done with it!

Blessing of nature: Except for the part of reviving the tree, you'll be serving kynareth.

The break of dawn: Even if meridia is still a daedra, cleanse the place and let the spirits live eternity, when you get dawnbreaker, DO NOT USE IT. you can either drop it or just put it in a chest if you want to keep it.

    Followers:

Lydia: She's a great tank and easy to get after aiding whiterun defending themselves from the dragon.

Uthgerd the unbroken: This follower is easy to get! just go ti whiterun at the bannered mare and challenge her to a brawl, aside from that you're also gonna get 100 septims!Mjoll the lioness: She's the best follower, aside that she's invincible she also has the most health from all the followers!

    Conclusion:

I really hope that you enjoy the build! I had fun time playing this build.

Well this is a cool concept, I'll give you that. There are a lot of spelling and grammatical errors that make this build a little hard to follow. I would heavily suggest going over it all again, maybe with a friend, to clean it up. The pictures are pretty nice too, though they kind of portray this healer as more of a villain, like a necromancer or something. Like I said it's a great concept, but it could use some polishing up to meet its potential.

As SpartanSlayer said, the grammar could be cleaned up and the pictures fixed, but what about the backstory. A backstory would help many readers understand the origin of the character. I know that she is a healer and traveled across Tamriel, but why?

A cool-looking build. I would add some more bright flashy images and maybe tidy up the presentation to make this even better!

Remember Equilibrium converts health into magicka. You'll need the other healing spells to properly heal your followers otherwise they'll get killed. From a RP Perspective you can use it outside of combat. like after the fight to apply your concept. I like the choices you made for your perk spread. I would take illusion for buffing up the followers and bound weaponry to better defend ones self in close combat. Some foes are resistant to magic as well as there will be times in which this character has to fight alone. All n' All, good build. Points  for trying!
