Sweet! When I saw the perk spread pop up on the Art Request thread I thought to myself, "What's Chris up to now... is he going to throw something up before the event build?" I'm glad you did :D
While it's fun to be pure evil for a playthrough or two, it eventually gets old for me; I suppose that is the reason I tend to resist vampire builds (they're typically slaughter-houses on two legs, and my kids get freaked out watching me butcher little old ladies and chasing after bunnies with warhammers).
BUT vampire builds like THIS I enjoy playing... conflicted and struggling to find out where he falls ethically between vampirism and the ideals he carried with him before the disease, as well as the tragic backstory and rising legend, all make for a compelling character.
