Thanks, chief.
I played the build a couple of times through. The first time I played it, I was using Enchanting and Conjuration in addition to Alteration and Resto-Destro. These skills were supplementary more than anything, and the summoning I did often got absorbed by the magicka absorption, which was annoying.
I realized that I could make a very powerful character a lot sooner if I focused on just alteration, destruction, and restoration, so I 'refined' it as part of a second playthrough. My initial focus for the second playthrough was to obtain Circle of Protection right off the bat. As I stated in the post, leveling your restoration from a 20 to a 75 will get you to Level 12. Then it's just a matter of doing dungeon crawls and leveling your alteration and destruction. (Circle of Protection will repel undead, so dungeons are a great place to level naturally.) Even at Level 12, Sparks can still do some pretty solid damage, especially if you're casting it for free 50-62.5% of the time, depending on whether or not you're a vampire.
So, long answer, short - yes, I focused on power-leveling restoration in the beginning. It's a bit of a snowball effect once you have Circle of Protection; it only becomes easier to level/play.
Thanks, chief.

Perhaps I should add some clarification to that section, because that's now at least two people I've confused. Whoops.
There's no 'option' of Daedric Armor. It was simply used as a hypothetical example to show how powerful the character is without any armor or anything of that sort. In fact, aside from the aesthetic appeal you pointed out, it's completely worthless on this character! But, I'll admit I do like Daedric Armor more than most people on this blog.

lol your the 3rd person to be confused by that. he isn't actually using that armor/enchantments, thanks to the perks and skills he is using his AR and Magic resistance/absorption is equal to having on daedric armor that fortify X skills as well as resisting magic. though i admit i had to re-read that part to before i realizes that he wasn't really using that stuff but comparing his AR and magic resistance to them.
