whats the point in power levelling it if you don't use perks, I dont get that :) unless it's to level the character to, then that makes sense

The "Gameplay" section mostly discusses how I played my character during the creation process of this build. I power leveled my character to test the effectiveness of this build against stronger opponents. We know that enemies level corresponds to your own except for special types of enemies (Like Bosses). And by far at a higher level of gameplay this build still remained viable with the use of staff combinations and combos.
