Sorry Varus, it was a pretty mean statement...
I was going through all the builds last night and deleting some, decided to give this a bump, not on my radar for deletion at all I just think it could have more content to make it shine.
It has alot of page breaks which turn it into one big list, try and create paragraphs for your content. You need to maybe add some more detailed gameplay as well so people can get a better idea of the feel of the character.

if you want to use claws then go for heavy armor, the perk where you get extra unarmed damage, then go enchanting the gaunlets with fortify unarmed. if you want you can get 5/5 enchanter and go with the middle branch of the enchanters perk tree. this can make your fists almost as strong as daedric swords.
but still nice build +1

I use to run a similar build with my heavy armored Khajiit before the data got corrupted, minus stealth and poison perks. Always felt that a warrior would find poisons to be a coward's tool. Been tempted to redo Raska, my Khajiit using this build. While I like Steel, and Anicent Nord armor the Forsworn does looks like it would fit with a Khajiit that hails from one of the nomadic tribes of Elsweyr, or one of the skirmishers that previously served under the Aldmeri Dominion. Also Light Armor on paper seems to be better, though in my experience with it on stealth characters the protection did not seem to compare, however, stealth characters generally have more skills to focus on. Nice to see another Khajiit that defies the stereotype.
For those who were asking about the above screen shots, they were created by members of ArenaNet, the makers of Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2. The feline like characters in question are the Charr, a very strict military race that rose from the ashes of their old tribal ways. The current cultural has some roman influences. They are exact opposite of the Khajiit in many ways.
