This might not be as unique as most of my sets, but it's a Pokemon I pretty much always run
Stalling Sableye:
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Nature: Calm
- Recover
- Confuse Ray
- Will-O-Wisp
- Night Shade/Knock Off/Foul Play
I know, a rather common Sableye but it works damnit. Recover + Prankster basically gives you free healing on most opposing Pokemon, while Confuse Ray + Will-O-Wisp can work together to shut down any non-fire type physical attacker. Toxic could work as a replacement for Will-O-Wisp, but I think the burn is better than the higher damage, so I generally tend to roll Will-O-Wisp.
The fourth move is kind of difficult, so I tend to alternate between Knock Off, Night Shade and Foul Play depending on what type of team I'm using. Night Shade is the best of the three, the set damage is actually really good at higher levels, and with Sableye's low base attacking stats it really boosts damage output. Foul Play is great if you don't have the strongest physical attacker, or your main physical attacker is a sweeper and Knock Off is just a good general move if you want to hurt any Pokemon

Now for proper response, since that battle is over. As I just said my umbreon has rocky helmet, and a high defense allowing it to survive even fighting types. Rocky helmet wouldn't be all that great on my Goodra since a single physical attack can take it down.

Fair enough, Rocky Umbreon seems awesome, did you run Foul Play to go with that? (Get the high damage and then the Rocky Damage). I can definitely dig using that combo, Umbreon + Rocky Helmet

It has toxic, moonlight, mean look and payback. Basically the goal is to outlast whatever it's up against and payback is nice since it's real slow.

Well, I just got a bit of a gimmicky defense set to try, and let me tell you, the Milotic set I used becomes almost impossible to deal with offensively, single-handily destroyed a Cobalion and Aerodactyl and ended up near full health. Pretty fun to use. I'm kind of waiting for the Ninjask - Krookadile combo to be useful, but I could easily swap one out for a better addition, they're alright and all but just not that useful yet.

That is a very different set for Zapdos than any I've ever seen or used, I'm so used to the Discharge, Heat Wave - Toxic - Roost with Leftovers Zapdos, but that one seems really quite cool. I'd probably swap out Substitue for Heat Wave honestly, get a bit more power into the set, or maybe HP Water to deal with Rock/Ground Types that you might need to face.
Still this seems like a really cool pure defense team, Shuckle, Spiritomb and Goodra are all pretty defensive and Zapdos is no slouch no matter what set you use. Then throwing in the power of Landorus, Mega Char and that Zapdos and it's pretty well rounded, might have to use some of these eventually.

These sets aren't really part of a team but they're slowly becoming staples in my arsenal. They're all some of the most basic attackers, that have powerful quick options for devastating opponents with priority attacks.
