General Gaming Event: Heroes

    Hello everyone and welcome to the first General Gaming Event. For this event I wanted to give a nice theme but still allow a broad range of entries, a theme that is applicable in nearly any game. And lo and behold I came up with Heroes, with about %80 of games having you play as the Hero of the Story it does seem rather fitting. 

    So what is the Heroes Event, well rather than be boring and say your character needs to be the Hero I wanted to give more options. Your character can be a true Hero, an anti-Hero or perhaps even pretend to be a Hero, Anything is acceptable as long as it can be reasonably linked to Heroes.

    Rules and Requirements:

    • The Group Rules, Tag List  and Rank Pages all need to be read before starting the build
    • Event Builds must be posted between October 31st and November 7th 

    • Event Builds need to be set out in the following manner... Witcher 3 Event Build: The Wolf

    • Participants must post in the comments the name of the game they are building for
    • You need to follow the theme of the Event. Any builds that do not follow the theme will be considered regular builds


     If you have any questions about the Event, or would like to go over your build with someone then I am available a lot of the time, just leave a comment in the discussion or send me a message and I'll get to it ASAP

    Hmm, I wanted to take a break from building this month....I´m quite enjoying Dying Light now, but there isn´t enough room for building, right?

    I have no intentions of playing some older games now, but I´ll think about it, DB.

    Dying Light is barely worth more than 1 playthrough in my opinion. It's a solid enough game but not the greatest. I think builds for it are possible though. An interesting weakness like no Combat Perks or something... Yeah I think some builds could be made but it'd be difficult.

    If you do change your mind you know where to find me  I still need to finish a Classics Build so we're even

    Still have to finish my first playthrough, I have too many things to do right now. Reading Dark Tower, Straag Rod, watching new seasons of Heroes, Fear the Walking Dead, Agents of Shields, Arrow, Flash, writing my Cursed Tribe...I play Dying Light to take a break. Killing zombies is relaxing

    No Combat Perks? Hm, that is interesting. I might try that actually. Rely mainly on the guns maybe.

    Well, we´re not even yet. My PC would have to break first...

    Ok, I´ve thinked this through. Write me down for DA:O. I have my "canon" character I wanted to replay. I doubt I will complete the whole game, but I already played that character two times, so it should be fine.
