"just ploughed on like a rutting stag on a doe."
I agree with Probs here that is definitely an amazing thing to wake up too
Since the Arts are a random encounter they can spawn multiple times in a playthrough which as I've said to you before makes me wonder what makes Art so damn important that the institute keeps trying to replace him. Well anyway I look forward to hearing about it when you find them
I'm not that surprised that you've missed In Sheep's Clothing since that quest will only activate for most people after you complete the main questline.

One possibility that I thought of was that after you gain a room in the institute should you ever sleep in it you may wake up and have been replaced with a synth in your sleep, which only brings up the question of why? Which can is answered when you realise that the Sole Survivor is incredibly influential on the surface and most likely has access or the potential to access the Leaders of the Institute's enemies.
I can resist peer pressure to a certain extent so I don't think that's going to work that well Although should I have another idea that can flesh out to make plausible then I might just do another of these.

I started my promised plaything last night with this. What struck m e immediately during the prologue and Vault sequence was that the PC is remarkably unconcerned about the death of his wife. He sees the murder and you can make him pound on the glass before the screen fades to white once more.
When he wakes up the second time he is almost single minded in his search for Shaun. No burial or time for grieving for his wife, he goes straight out to search for the boy.
That lack of care made it really easy to imagine that the synth is the character who wakes up that second time.

Well you can open your spouse's pod and take their wedding ring but yeah other than that there's very little concern for them.
So how does you character feel about Synths in general? Do we have a another possible Danse on our hands or have you not thought that far ahead?
