What sort of quirks or ticks do your characters have? What habits, unusual or interesting, do they have? Any specific behaviors or thought patterns stand out?

Curiosity. Mostly my characters are too curious for their good. Like in Fallout 3 that quest when you have to track down that Android and someone from Railroad says that if you care, you should leave it. I was playing a good guy, but I just had to meat that android!

Most of my good and neutral characters are cautious, suspicious types. Nobody but nobody is above suspicion in the Wasteland. When I play an evil character they tend to be more brash, and invariably more brutal. These also tie in with playstyles, since my good/neutral characters are often ranged characters, while my evil ones are usually in-your-face combatants.

My first ever character killed every robot he saw on principle... One (thanks to a glitch where by saying no it meant yes) raped him, a bunch try to liquefy, burn, vaporize, slash him, and all of the things that happen in the Big MT... Yeah, he hates all of them.

I got roped into one quest that I shouldn't have by being curious. I think it was the one where you have to go into the Nat'l Archives, I think to get the Declaration of Independence or something, but theres like a ridiculous amount of OP bots. Mr Gutsies and Protectrons. I was probably closer to level 8, and I tried that mission like 3 times in a row, died every time. Still haven't gone back to finish it; too many traumatic memories of those rooms, those flamethrowers.

My character is super mutant, super mutant that don't use drugs, don't drink alcohol and never strikes first. Also he gives all his stimpacks to Veronica, despite fack that he dose all the tanking...

I once had a character in Fallout 3 who would play the holotape that James leaves you as a farewell message every now and then, as it was the only connection to his father he had whilst looking for him, he did it much more after James was killed as he felt it kept him focused on his overall goals and helped to motivate him and make his father's memory proud.

In New Vegas my character after his harrowing experience in the dDead Money dlc has a extreme prejudice to all radios and speakers. To those who have played the dlc......he has ample reason why.....
