For the CB FollowMeFollowYou Event I opted for recreating Solitude's resident headsman and jailor, Ahtar. A brutal and ferocious lawbringer, he looks to bring bandits, thieves, murderers and the like to the justice of his axe. Those who step out of line are dealt with swiftly and mightily. His thirst for justice is so great that sometimes he does not even realize that he is putting innocents in danger. Thus, he could almost be considered an anti-hero, but not quite.

"This here axe in full swing is a right terrible sight."

    Race: Redguard

    Class: Excecutioner

    Difficulty: Expert

    Alignment: Lawful Neutral, "Judge"

Stats: 0/1/1 Equal health and stamina allow you to take and dish out hits equally.

Stone: Warrior for leveling, Lord when you can get it.

Shouts: Disarm, Dismay, Dragonrend, Elemental Fury, Unrelenting Force

Powers and Passives: Force Without Effort

Requirements and Recommendations: Ordinator is the only requirement, but Aurora-Standing Stones of Skyrim is highly recommended. With that, once you get the Lord Stone, its Kneel or Be Knelt power lets you force enemies to the gournd. Perfect for an executioner.

Waning daylight filtered into to the Winking Skeever through the windows at an angle to cast strange shadows about the tavern that danced in the red-orange firelight. A female voice carried over the patron chatter with the words of “The Age of Aggression” accompanied by soft melodies played on a lute. The whole place smelled of smoke and mead and, if it could have a scent, impending trouble. Posted at the bar was a middle-aged Nord, a mercenary by the look of him, his head tilted down over his tankard so that his long white hair touched the counter. He and the innkeeper were engaged in a quiet discussion. A green-skinned Argonian sat alone in a corner, sipping exotic wine and eyeing the mercenary's coin purse. Steel clanked on the floor as a tall mass of a Redguard entered the inn, an axe on his back as long as he was tall. He made his way to the bar and chose a stool next to the Nord, ordering a drink.

Still working on this little introduction part. Just not entirely sure how I want to write this. It'll be a scene of Ahtar being asked about being an excecutioner and him talking about his love of taking out criminals. A confrontation with Gulum-Ei will also be in there.

    Two-Handed

A buff Redguard swinging an axe as big as he is would certainly be terrifying, and Ahtar knows how to use his axe. You can hack, slash and, most importantly decapitate. This will be your main combat skill, as Archery really only comes in against dragons and other archers. There's something about charging in with a giant axe and chopping your foes to bits that feels aggressive and amazing. With your stamina equal to your health, you'll have more than enough steam to keep going full swing. Both mastery perks are important for increasing damage due to the Headsman's Axe not being exactly the best weapon. Ferocious Strength is another essential, because an executioner is not complete without being able to decapitate enemies.

Perks: Mastery(2/2), Trained Fighter, Ferocious Strength, Trample, Bleed Like a Dog(2/3), Rive(2/2), Execute

    Heavy Armor

It's not enough to just dole out punishment. You have to be able to take it as well to survive. What's more intimidating than a buff Redguard with a giant axe? A buuf Redguard with a giant axe coming toward you wearing steel plates. While Ahtar wears the executioner's robes, which are just clothing, his skills list heavy armor. It suits him. What use does a giant axe wielding headsman need for agile light armor? Standing your ground and facing opponents head on is far more fitting. Face of Death is one of the most important perks, because Ahtar wants criminals to know exactly whose axe they are under. Primal Fear is also important for an ability idea I will expand upon below.

Perks: Mastery(2/2), Heavy Armor Fit, Face of Death, Battle Weary, Born to Fight, Break Upon Me, Primal Fear, Defiance

    Archery

As terrible as it is, some enemies cannot be dealt with by axe alone. After all, a dragon certainly can't be decapitated. While Ahtar is no archer, he has some competence with a bow. Archers, dragons, and those pesky mages take a different strategy to get rid ot. Of course, you could rush in against them, axe in hand, it is risky. It is instead simple enough to pull out a bow and fire a few shots at those ranged foes or those scaled demons when they take to the skies. None of the perks are exactly essential or set in stone. If you find yourself using archery enough you could take more perks.

Perks: Mastery(2/2), Clean Kill, Long Shot, Crippling Shot

This is one to watch too, already I like the idea and scope this character offers for RP :)

You going to use his default axe. That thing is classic. A bit crappy, but classic.

I'll definitely be rolling with the classic headsman's axe. Wouldn't feel right without it.

While I am sort of in the middle of working on 2 sections, I've made some good progress. Lots of new stuff added. Playtest is going well too.
