For those who did not play World of Warcraft or who have not read the lore of World of Warcraft. Sylvanas Windrunner was a High Elf Ranger General (Archery her main source of damage, Sneak to stay out of trouble or create the best option & Illusion to inspire her troops). But then everything changed for Sylvanas after Arthas, The Lich King attacked Silvermoon. She did all that she could to defend her people and her kingdom, but nothing she did stopped the Lich King. In turn the Lich King killed Sylvanas and made her into his Banshee Queen. As his Banshee Queen her role in his army was to raise the fallen soilders into his undead army (Conjuration). Some time passes and she regains her own will and founded her own faction known as The Forsaken.

As Sylvanas drew her bow back she let the arrow go, it flies killing the last target, she exhales and let’s go a relieving breath. She yanks the arrows out of her enemies, and picks up the arrow quivers from her fallen friends.  She mourns over her fallen friends, and raises the back to life giving them a commanding order to move out into Skyrim.

Race: High Elf if you want to be exact with with race  from wow the +50 mana is very nice however wood elf is nice too.

Sub Race: Vampire as an undead being a vampire is the best way to interact in game as an undead character.

    • Immunity to poison, and any poison you contracted will be removed

Gender: Female with Long white hair

    Stats

Magic: 4 Health:4 Stamina: 2 every ten levels

    Main skills:

Archery- Sylvanas is a ranger general for a reason she was one of the top archers of her peers, she perfected utilizing a bow made into her art. Archery will be your main source of damage for perks: Overdraw 5/5, Critical Shot 1/1, Eagle Eye 1/1, Steady Aim 2/2, Power Shot 1/1, Quick Shot 1/1.

Sneak- Back in Sylvanas youth she had to sneak up on animals to get the best possible shot off and kill her prey when she hunted in the Eversong Forests. Being able to get any advantage you can is good, picking off targets before you even get near your enemies end battles quicker than you think.
Perks: Stealth 5/5, Backstab 1/1, Deadly Aim 1/1, Muffled Movement 1/1, Silent Roll 1/1,  Silence 1/1, and Shadow Warrior 1/1.

Conjuration- As the Banshee Queen raising the dead is very easy for Sylvanas. Conjuration is the way you get YOUR army have your tank, your side archer or a powerful mage by your side or two.
Perks: Novice to Master Conjuration, Dual Casting 1/1, Necromancy 1/1, Dark Souls 1/1, Dead Thralls 1/1.

The Thralls i would recommend are the following:

Sild the Warlock - is a very powerful mage that i roleplayed as Sylvanas Brother in law Rhonin. The best way to get him would be at Rannveig's Fast.
Chief Yamarz- can be your tank if choose to have one if you kill the giant he will be reanimated with 1,200 hp. The best way to get this Thrall is doing the quest The Cursed Tribe I roleplayed him as Grommah Hellscream .
Northwatch Archer- This is one i would HIGHLY recommend due to how this thrall will always have 100 archery wearing glass armor when level 32. The best way to get this thrall would be during the quest Missing in action. I role played her has Sylvanas sister Alleria Windrunner.

Illusion- As an ex general of the High elves and leading the The Forsaken it's important to be able to motivate your troops to do there best.  I used think that illusion will only be useful for mages and assassins, BUT it's actually not the case . I read more about the spells and they actually work on your undead thralls which makes it really great!

Perks: Novice- Master, Dual Casting 1/1, Animage 1/1, Kindred Mage 1/1, Quite Casting 1/1, and Master of the mind 1/1.

    Minor Skills:

Smithing- Almost any playthrough i ALWAYS get to maximize my damage output and to have the best armor rating i can achieve.  All except dragon unless you want to craft dragon arrows to hit like a truck.

Enchanting- Like with smithing i ALWAYS get this to maximize my ability to do more damage or to have the best gear to fit my build at the time.
Perks: Enchanter 5/5, Insightful Enchanter 1/1,  Corpus Enchanter 1/1, Fire Enchanter 1/1, and Extra Effect 1/1.

    Enchantments:

Neck: 25% Archery to make my bow damage better 25% Conjuration to reduce the cost to zero.
Ring: Archery to make my bow damage better 25% Conjuration to reduce the cost to zero.
Head: Archery to make my bow damage better 25% Conjuration to reduce the cost to zero.
Hands: Archery to make my bow damage better +X Carry weight to carry more.
Boots:25% Stamina to have more Stamina +X Carry weight to carry more.
Chest: 25% Conjuration to reduce the cost to zero. 25% Health Regen to have more health.
Weapon: Fiery Souls to burn your targets and to have soul trap Paralyze to stun your targets to get free damage.

Light or heavy Armor- it is honestly a preference BOTH work but i preferred light so i would be less noisy when sneaking around.
Light- Agile Defender 5/5, Custom Fit 1/1, Matching set 1/1, Unhindered 1/1, and Wind Walker.
Heavy-  Juggernaut 5/5, Fist of steel 1/1, Cushioned 1/1, and Conditioning 1/1.

Restoration- to heal a bit and to become stronger than before.

Perks: Novice to Expert, Regeneration 1/1, Necromage 1/1, Recovery 2/2, Aviod death 1/1

    Heavy armor: https://skyrimcalculator.com/458013
    Light armor: https://skyrimcalculator.com/458014

    Standing stone:

The Ritual Stone- This stone is your best bet you can attack with your bow and raise the fallen to fight for you.

The Lord Stone-I found this stone useful only when leveling and i needed the extra +50 armor and 25% Magic resistance.

The Lady- it's a decent pick the passive regen is nice but as part mage part necromancer you can do better +25 health and Stamina regen.

The Shadow Stone- This is useful if you want to position yourself better mid fight, go invisible for a 60 seconds.

The Atronach Stone- It is possibly the best stone in the game you get +50 mana, -50% mana regen and more importantly 50% spells absorption which in turn gives you mana when magic hits you.

The Sepertian Stone- I used it one time i’ll explain why in a bit Paralyze a target for 5 seconds and deal 25 damage.

    Powers:

Highborn- Regen mana fast for 60 seconds.

Moras Boon- instantly heals you and refills mana, and stamina has saved me multiple times.

Shadowcloak of Nocturnal- go invisible for 120 seconds.

    Vampire's servant- reanimate a target.

Vampire sight- night eye for 60 seconds.

Vampire lord- SHOW YOUR TRUE SELF.

    Ablities:

Agent of Maria- for a simple quest i think its very underused the passive +15% magic resistance is very nice.

    Factions:

Thieves guild will be your main quest line until you get to the quest “The Pursuit” do not go any further unless you are level 46 for the best bow, and light armor choice.

Companions-  You can but really you're more of a stealthy character not a warrior and do not become a werewolf if you do it will cure your vampirism.
College of Winterhold- do all the quests.

The Civil War- You must do this to quest line as for a roleplay perspective i picked the imperials because of one factor the are wearing red, the alliance in world of warcraft is blue and Sylvanas is horde which is red. On a side note i normally pick Stormcloaks.

Dark Brotherhood- Yes, you are sneaky but you are NOT under any circumstance an assassin at heart.

Equipment: Now if you picked heavy then you can get your armor as soon as you get to Forelhost and kill the first ghost you see when you enter then you will need a mage hood or a plane cowl to have an enchant of your choice. I like the heavy armor option for one reason to enchant it my way.  If you chose Light armor I am sorry you have to wait for your perfect armor Nightingale armor, i am bias i love it too much it looks alot like Sylvanas armor.

The best matching bow is either an Ebony bow, or the Nightingale bow. The fastest way to get an Ebony Bow is a very fun challenging process. Once you escape Helgen find a shield, make your way to Whiterun and beat the crap out of Uthgerd the Unbroken make her your follower, next go to Serpentine stone island pick up that stone blessing then make your way to Lost Valkygg. Once you get to this point.

Save game. It took me six tries and i didn’t think of the stone idea until my last try. You will be facing against a Draugr Death Overlord be careful he uses disarm and relenting force shout if you captions on you can quickly remove your weapons before it hits you. Use your shield to bash him when he tries to attack let your follower tank, and paralyze him whenever you choose i prefer after he shoots an arrow, to give me a chance to run to him because it can and will instantly kill you. This Draugr will always have and Ebony bow, after that fight fall down the pit landing on boards to not die to fall damage and attack the Draugr to get a two handed Ebony weapon which is random. After this make your way to Fort Amol to get your first bound spell called Bound bow at level one you can cast this spell all you need is the Atronach stone a mage hood and being a high elf i used this spell a lot to level up conjuration and when i ran out of arrows. Do not attempt to clear it all the fort is filled with powerful mages just run into the go left to the bucket (the spell is in the bucket) spam pick up and then run out.

    Shouts:

Battle Fury- increase your allies attack speed.
Become Ethereal- Take no damage do no damage for 15 seconds.
Marked for Death- lowers the armor of your targets.
Soul Tear- deals damage and if it kills the targets will reanimate.
Slow Time- to get multiply sneak attacks in.
Summon Durnehviir- I roleplayed him as Sindragosa skeleton dragon from wow.
Throw voice- to manipulate your enemies to go where you want.
Unrelenting force to push enemies when they get too close.
Whirlwind Sprint- to kite your enemies around.
Elemental Fury- doubling your attack speed with a bow.

    Spells:

Conjuration- Summon Bound Bow, Dead Thrall, Soul Trap, Raise dead, Reanimate dead, Revenant,  and Dread Zombie.
Restoration- Close Wounds, Fast Healing, and Granding Healing
Illusion- Call to arms, Courage, Fear, and Rally.

    Followers-

J’zargo: he levels with you and does not have a max on levels, very powerful mage.
Aela the Huntress: is a very strong ranger that is strongly recommended who you CAN roleplay as Alleria if you want.
Serena: i used her most of the time so she would be my number one pick.

    Special powers:

Rain of arrows: Sneak+ Slow time+ Quick shot +30% attackspeed.

Hidden Kite: when you are spotted crouch to gain a split second of invisibility from shadow warrior perk and Whirlwind sprint away or just whirlwind sprint.

Gotta Fight fast: Elemental fury + quickshot bound bow unlimited arrows, and one of the fastests bow.

Image result for sylvanas windrunner bow attacks

HAIL TO THE BANSHEE QUEEN!: two thralls+ ritual stone+Summon Durnehviir+ call to arms

    Image result for fighting dragon

Sorry it took me so long to edit all my stuff been getting 40 hours and just have been tired I edit it 3 times got close each time to being done and always accidently clicked to the side and lost all the editing work i've done. This is my fourth time decided to do it on Google docs this time.

    Hey Black and Gold,

I'm a little shaky on my lore, is Sylvannas Windrunner in ES lore or is it a character you created? Just because it'd be great to have some backstory to the character, what's their motivation? Why are they in Skyrim? What sets them apart from a usual character?

My second point is that everything in a build needs to be explained. Why did you choose these enchantments? When are these shouts used in combat? Justify, justify, justify.

Combat also needs fleshing out. Where do you get your Dead Thrall from if you summon it before combat, and so there aren't any bodies? How do you deal with Dragons, bosses, archers, mages etc? You briefly mentioned Whirlwind Sprint, but this needs to be way longer.

Sylvannas Windrunner is a charcater from WoW, she is basically a Archer and a Necromancer put together.

Ok, thats a good starting point. Now you basically need to explain how you're going to 'port' her over, and all justifying you do should come back to her. What do you think about the other parts of my previous comment?

You know I am not the one making this build right? I just simply saw this and I thought I would answer your first question for Black and Gold, but I am in no way the same person.

Are you just converting some charcaters from WoW ino Skyrim? I ask this because I know Sylannas Windrunner, Jania Proudmore, Grommash Hellscream, Arthas the Lich King, and Tiron Fordring are from WoW.
