What do you think of Dwemer ruins in Morrowind? They are certainly interesting and their exterior looked amazing even from distance, but I always felt they are too much claustrophobic. For me they were just tunnels with some pipes, hatches and some rooms here and there. Did you enjoy exploring these ruins of the lost race? Fighting their automatons and observing empty beds, tables with plates and cups still there like if someone was just preparing dinner?
Or Oblivion´s Ayleid ruins were more interesting to you?
Did these ruins lying deep in Cyrodiil´s forests appealed to you? Ayleid haven´t left behind anything alive, so most of the ruins became lairs to various Necromancers, bandits and goblins, but there are still treasures of Ayleid´s magic in there, like Welkynd and Varla stones. When you´ve explored these catacombs and labyrinths, have you felt the remnants of once powerful race who enslaved the mankind?
Which one of these you liked more? Or are there some other dungeons you liked? Dunmer Tombs? Cyrodiils mines and caves?

Dwemer towers in Morrowind certainly looked more interesting. When you saw those towers in the ashlands...really strange feeling. Exterior of Dwemer ruins in Skyrim really didn´t bring any feelings. As for interior...for some reason I prefer the large halls of Skyrim ruins. Morrowind ones were like a claustrophobic maze for me.
