(I am remaking this as a discussion instead of a page, for various reasons)

This is a page for a few different purposes:

    1) Asking questions about the group.

    2) Asking small game-related questions that don't require a new discussion.

    3) Asking for character building or modding help. This can include attempting to get people to work with you for your mod or build, asking if something is lore-friendly, or suggesting builds or mods for others to make. (Note- this does not necessarily mean that your mod or build idea will be created; it just means that people now know about it)

I am not familiar with the Xbox's market. Are you able to upgrade, if you so choose, now that you know the game is amazing?

I'm thinking of making an Event Character Build who is a worshiper of Anu on Oblivion. I've got some interesting ideas for the roleplay, but I could use some help with gameplay. I assume Illusion, Alteration and Mysticism could be helpful with the whole status idea, but I think I need some kind of offensive skill too. I'm just not sure what fits.

Illusion is a great offense if you wear only clothing. You have command spells, frenzy, and invisibility. I would go with Jyggalag's Sword, a Knight of Order's sword, or the Sword of the Crusader if you want weapons; blade would fit best.

Yeah. I was thinking about Jyggalag's Sword. I just didn't really want to get involved in worshipping a daedric prince, since they are not creations of Anu. Do you think I could do the whole run without an offensive skill? Because half the idea is trying to create stasis everywhere, but the other part is not harming any of Anu's creations. I was thinking I could do an offensive skill and just say that I'm only harming those who harm Anu's things, but it would be so much better if I could get by without killing.

However, banishing a Prince and taking his sword as a prize is certainly something that you would do.

I very rarely ever use an offensive skill in TES. My latest Oblivion character was a fearful thief, who ran from every battle and snuck by every enemy. My latest Skyrim character just used a fork and poisons. I think I am qualified to say that you do not need to attack to do damage.

Also, Anu didn't actually create Nirn, or any of its inhabitants. I think Anu would be fine with some killing. Just remain Lawful Neutral (ish), and you'll be fine.

I've never played Morrowind, I really need to check that out.

Nirn was what Nir, his lover gave birth to, and he protected it from Padomay. The first instance of an Anu allied person protecting creation. Also, it was his and Padomay's mixed blood that created the Aedra, from which High Elves believe they are descended from. My character is a High Elf, so in a way, he did create the creatures of Nirn. I've just had an awesome idea though, to get away with killing without breaking the RP, or at least, my RP. Sign me up for Anu! Unless I have to post that on the page..?

Most beliefs claim that Lorkhan's "team" of Aedra were the creators of Nirn. Regardless, I'll sign you right up!

And the ending of the words was ALMSIVI.
