  A question that has had me thinking for a while now is, "If Mannimarco were to return to Nirn, how would he do it?"

  For everyone that has played the Mages' Guild questline in Oblivion, we all know that you, the player, ends up killing the King of Worms (sorry about spoilers if you haven't).

  Anyways, I'm not sure if you're aware, but T3nd0 and a bunch of other famous mod authors are coming out with a new quest mod (bear with me, this is completely relevant). This mod is titled Awake: The Rise of Mannimarco, and, as the name suggests, it is centered around the return of the King of Worms.

  This brings me back to my question: If Mannimarco were to return, how would he do it?

  Something sinister of course, a daedric prince summoned him or other means.

  He was never really dead, just invisible and very quiet.
