I was think of the symbolism of it, mate. The creatia appears differently depending on the Prince. Ocean = Herma. Lava = Dagon. Goopy crap = Bal.

What is vestige? Pure padomaic essence missing its anuic part. What if vestige is a memory, sort of? As I said, it is slightly different, but it definitely has a xonnection to waters of Nirn in one way or another.
