    Librari the Wizard I tried to warn the College about the ozone from those focal points, but they just wouldn't listen.  Now it's slightly less freezing cold every year.

    HaggisHunter I never realised that about enchantments, Thorien. It's not something I've noticed in all my time playing the game.
    It might also be because of the cold effect used in Frostfall. I think Dani was feeling a bit chilly at the time
