I've taken a few liberties with the PO skillset (for example, using the Imperial Light Shield even though I don't think there's a single one that uses a shield), so not every skill that PO agents use is used in this build.

I dont think you can see it out of combat, but im sure that there is some people carrying an impeial heavry armor shield, outside of the falkreach DB sanctuary ;)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RuL6GvOoNQ you can see it at the 10 sec mark ^^

Gave this guy a bit of revamp. I played through the character again, but changed some gameplay aspects (most notably, enchanting's been swapped for Alchemy and there are some more Sneak perks) as well as some roleplay aspects (anybody remember Arcturus from the Death Incarnate quest?) in order to give this character more of a stealthy feel.

I like the redesign, inclusion of Alchemy is nice and suits PO agent better! +1
You can add Fortify Light Armor or Fortify Stamina to the Defensive Draught with Dragonborn DLC and the added ingredients are common enough to use reliably.

As a general rule, I avoid using DLC content unless the build absolutely requires it, but yeah, that's definitely a good idea. Glad you liked the redesign!

I have just been struck with the desire to play an Imperial Soldier and this build sprang to mind immediately, mainly because I want to try a set of armour I've never used before.
Do you know if there is a way of luring an agent out into the open, maybe during a vampire attack so that murder isn't necessary to obtain the armour?
