captain avidius isn't a penitus oculatus, he is jsut the captain of the ship, not the leader of the forces. I jsut personally like role-playing...

It's an Imperial organization as in it's run by the Imperial Empire, but the Legion has Orcs, Bretons, etc. I don't see why the PO's would limit themselves so much.

Except the game's coding labels him as part of the Penitus Oculatus faction. He's the Captain of the forces, and Lieutenant Salvarus is the Lieutenant. That being said, if you can find proof that the Penitus Oculatus is a perfectly homogeneous group consisting of only Imperials, then I'll change the race.

We had two cool Blades agents who were Redguards in previous TES games (Elone in Morrowind and Baurus in Oblivion) and the Empire is a mix of races.

There's no logical lorewise reason for saying that the Penitus Oculatus is made only of Imperials.

well of course the game labels him as a penitus oculatus, since he is the CAPTAIN of the ship, that they sail. A captain is the one that runs the ship, and he is the leader of the sailor, but not the PO ;)

I know, but there is only imperial in the PO, and i like role-playing, so i just seems kinds wierd to be the only person, who isn't an imperial ;)

Not really, I've seen some characters that were nord enemies that were part of the PO. Don't know where you're getting this "they're only imperials" stuff from

I would also add Destruction as a skill. I remember a lot of members using destruction magic when fighting them (In the UESP Wiki it states Des as one of the main skills http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Classes).

That skill spread also lists heavy armor, which the PO obviously don't use... I've read lots of NPCs have skills they don't use, for example hunters don't even have archery as a skill.
