Only thing I would be little worried is the lack of Whirlwind Cloak there. It was extremely useful for my marksman combat.
I´m really looking forward when there will be Skywind builds here in Classics. Future is looking brighter and brighter.

True, you can add the spellbook through cheats.
I might actually re-work the Jiub just for the Skywind, make it a standalone build. Once we´ll get hold of the mechanics and new stuff of course.

I'll go with an Argonian Sorcerer. I'll probably only play through it with one char because I'll have to play normal Skyrim with mod and FAllout 4 once I got a PC capable of playing the games fluently.

I think that Skywind will be up much more later than Fallout 4. I actually expect that by the time Skywind will be released, Fallout 4 will already be played through and through by most people.

It's going to be a tough choice. I always have difficulty deciding what kind of character I want to play when I start up a new ES playthrough.
