Should I get Wrye Bash and LOOT too? I already have LOOT for Skyrim so I guess I don't actually have to get it, but some parts of cobl need Wrye Bash. LOOT says a bunch of things need cleaning with TES4EDIT too, so I'm guessing I need that. I do have TES5EDIT for Skyrim, is that interchangable or are TES4/5EdIT completely different utilities?
How do you have Oblivion set up Karver? I know for Skyrim, the setup guide I read has me running Skyrim and all my other utilities through Mod Organizer, so should I do the same for Oblivion, or just go with manually installing mods and using OB mod manager?

Thanks for the mod list, I've only really modded Skyrim but I'm interested to get into modding for Oblivion and Morrowind (this mod list helped a lot for Oblivion mods). I can't really decide between the Alternate Beginnings and Alternate Start mods, Alternate Start seems to have more options but Beginnings has more depth into the starts.
