I believe you can safely assume people know how to use Restoration, Weapon Skills, and so forth. If there is something really important, like a critical Perk (Like Necromage, or Ward Absorb) there's nothing wrong with mentioning it with how it ties in, but for the Nuts, and Bolts of the Builds, the Skills List should be sufficient the vast majority of the time. And again, with the Example Links, that level of detail should be more than adiquately represented (Or you need to pick a better example.)
