Hey guys. Query, is using the health and stamina regen from food items ONLY viable from a build? I am trying to only stick to food items and enchantments for the next KoTN. Also, do the health regen from food items stack? I know that the regen from Vegetable Soup and another food item stack providing 'infinite' power attacks for a period of time. Thanks for the help.

I don't know about stacking but food items are some of the most powerful "potions" in the game. Thins like Elsweyr Fondue, Horker Stew, and Vegetable Soup (among others) are very powerful. Your one drawback is rarity of ingredients depending on the item.

Hey guys, I have a question.
Is Ignite, in theory, quite an OP spell?
I have messed around with it, and got all the Aug. Fire Perks, and the damage is not that great until you hit the opponent multiple times (the effect stacks).
I killed Alduin in about 20 seconds. I hit him with 15-20 ignites and he died.
I am planning a fire-magic based build and I was wondering is it is OK to use this spell, or is it too OP?
Thanks in advance.

@ Blacklight: Ignite is very OP especially when you factor in the Aspect of Terror boost. For an example have you seen my Pyromancer build? It takes fire magic to its logical conclusion, that all things must burn! Not saying that you shouldn't use Ignite, just realize that some players will be turned off by the power and feel like it makes the game too easy, while others will revel in it.

@Vargr
Good point, I did (accidently) stack the food items last night and it did work, however I am unsure what it was. I will keep testing now. Thanks for the help.

So I have a question about the resto loop/glitch.
I tried starting the recently restored Eternal Flame build, and it says that taking a fortify restoration potion before putting on spell enhancing gear, or a shrine blessing, or a standing stone power should enhance the effects of said items.
So I tried that, I made a low level fortify restoration potion (21%) with only 1/5 in the alchemist perk, and it did indeed enhance the items I had.
However, once the potion runs out a minute later, the enhancements are gone.
The Eternal Flame build mentions taking the potion before a standing stone, or a shrine blessing, but what is the point when the effect will wear off long before you get to a fight?
Do I need to add more perks? Do I need to go through the whole resto loop process to make rediculous resto potions?
