Hmm, I thought something along the lines of an Imperial who got disillusioned with the Empire. But a guy with an Altmeri upbringing, that's even trickier and has to be very detailed. I've done such a one before (it was a Nord, however the concept is the same), and it's rather complex, requires a very particular mindset. Such a character doesn't allow for any sort of alignment but Lawful, and has to have reasons to be that way. The disillusioned one gives more room for variety.

If he has an Altmer father and an Imperial mother, that means he is a bastard. Because the law of the Dominion obviously wouldn't allow such a marriage. Which falls into the category I described but is even more tricky than a full-blooded Imp.
