Hi Biff,
Thanks for the comment on the build. Whilst most shields and 2 handed weapon & spells have been tested on this build and have been proven successful in switching from between 1 mode to another, I have to admit, bound bow unfortunately had not been tested.
That said, should you wish a bow and given your current predicament, I would highly suggest utilizing regular bows for the time being until I test this.
Thanks.

Both rituals don't seem to work for me and I don't know why. I have tried it with the bound sword but it just adds the swords and transforms me into the Vampire Lord or it doesn't spawn the swords and transforms me right away. No transforming back while restraining the vampiric spells though.
Is there something that I am overlooking or is this perhaps patched on pc?

Hey Leto,
Sorry for the rather late reply. I've been away for a bit. This bug worked after patch 1.9 of the PC so it's definitely doable, as it was the last patch that Beth released for skyrim. Also, I retested this on a fresh character and it worked :)
That said, I would advise you to try and time it right. The bound sword / swords animation need to effect at the point of time during transformation... Not before, not after. If you time it right, when your vl transform animation plays and your hands are crossed over the chest touching the shoulders, the bound sword should be spawning at that angle over the top of the character's shoulder. Once you see that happen, you know it's done right.
Checking out the video on ritual of chaos for a guide on how to do this. Play close attention to animation and timeframe... You'd eventually get it. After all, one must pay the blood price of hemomancy before wielding it's power :)
