I disagree. While the Thalmor don't seem to worship Sithis (this character certainly doesn't), taking a group and co-opting it to the Thalmor's needs seems to be very much their style. Glad you liked the build though!

I am going to disagree to your disagreement. There is a Thalmor splinter faction that you mentioned above and, as far as I know, they actually do worship the daedra and anything that can advance their power. Honestly, as their endgame is the unmaking of the world to attain universal godhood, Sithis seems a pretty darn good simile for their devotion to chaos and disorder then.
It all depends on how you want to RP your Thalmor agent.

Well, I think the argument for the Thalmor wanting to unmake the world is so that everything returns to Aetherius, not out any devotion to chaos and disorder. Still, you're right, it depends on how you want to roleplay your Thalmor agent.

I thought that the purpose of infiltrating some group is to use them for your own agenda. And to do that, you have to pretend you are on of them. Any means necessary? Almost every goverment has agents like this.

I can't believe I forgot about the Thalmor Headquaters in Solitude! It would've worked so well with my High Elf (Who wasn't exactly a Thalmor agent but came close, though he was more like a general Arch-Mage) character

"They murder everyone’s parents in countless terrible character build backstories."
So true...
I really liked that Bosmer/Altmer bit as well. Lol...
I was hoping for conjuration for the signature Thalmor atronach and went to check your perks but it just won't even load on my end... I just get a spinning wheel...
Seriously man, do a perk spread. You have no idea how much linking to the calc hurts your work...
You've gone a bit pic-tastic with this one as well, I'd cut the images back and let the text do the work for you, it's well wrote...
Seriously.....this is all I get when I click your link. I wouldn't be able to build your toon.
