The Dragon Warlord is a mage and a warrior. So he can be deadly for being a mage and a tank for being a warrior. Since The Dragon Warlord is the head of the Dragon Priests he is always looking for varieties of powerfully enchanted weapons to use for the upper hand in battle and imbue powerful enchantments on his arms and armor. One of the things this guy can't stand is living without his precious mask and by doing that he doesn't care if he's going to have to kill his fellow priests to get what he desires most. His mask!
Lore:The Dragon Priest Konahrik (Warlord) is unknown. There are no history books about him. Some say that Konahrik was the highest ranking dragon priest of them all but others say that the mask was used for their wearers in times of need or to do great evil for the dragons to rule Tamriel.

Gameplay: The gameplay for this build should be played kind of like a battlemage. Since the dragons were kind of practically evil I tried playing this build as evil as Alduin and Lord Harkon but played as a man not a vampire or werewolf that worships the dragons. Whichever dragon does not bow down to you will die and your not scared of any kind of dragon that will try to kill you. Since some dragons can be a challenge use fire and/or shock to kill them fast and to drain their magicka and when they land use your battleaxe to kill them fast. Warriors and archers use frost as it will slow the warrior down and they will not be able to get to you and for archers it will make them move slower so you can run and get to them so use any weapon you choose since they only have a dagger for melee. For killing mages you should use shock as it will drain their magicka and they will not be able to fight because they also only have a dagger for melee.
Special Skills:
Warlords Fury:
Dual Savagery
Dual Fury
Flame Cloak
Slashing with your swords until their is one enemy standing in the room.
Winters Woe:
Blizzard
Frost Cloak
A sword enchanted with a really high frost enchantment and paralyze.
Get close up with Frost Cloak and use Blizzard and freeze them with your swords with frost and a paralyze enchantment
Thunderstorm:
Storm Call Shout
Lightning Cloak
Thunderbolt
Leave no one alive
Conclusion:
Here's my second build I tried to go for a tank typed build for this guy mixed with a really powerful mage. It took a lot of research to find stuff on Konahrik since there barely is any since Konahrik is just that awesome apparently. Okay I hope all of you liked my build and there's more coming soon. Cya guys.

This needs a bit of work...
Have you read any guides before posting? That's recommended. Also, you'll need to give the group rules a quick read, as that'll let you know how the group works. Right now your build is in danger of being "featured" (which means it will have 24 hours until it gets deleted) as it lacks several key components (namely perks).
I'd advocate giving some Legendary builds a read, to get an idea about how things should look. Remember, the whole point of posting a build is to get people to play it; otherwise it's just a waste in my opinion. So, you've really gotta sell it! Let us know why this is the best god damn thing in the world, and why we should just drop everything and get playing right away!
I spot a couple of issues too. Firstly, why would the leader of the dragon priests kill every dragon priest (which is required to get Kohnariik). Secondly, you've got into the trap of three crafting skills; it's a bore, and nobody wants to spend that much time grinding. Try to limit it to one or at most two.
Speaking of excessive crafting, this build strikes me as being very OP. Try toning it down a bit, as it gets boring playing in god mode.
Also, your special moves are kinda.. not special. Special moves should be combos critical to the build's survival, not gimmicky or just thrown in for the fun of it. Where's the synergy in casting Flame Cloak, Fire Storm and Fireball? Why bother with two close ranged AoE attacks if you're going to follow them up with a ranged attack?
Finally, gameplay could do with some work. Run us through some combat encounters; how do we fight warriors, mages, archers, dragons, etc?
