When Gandalf arrived on the Northern coast of Skyrim, he bought a horse and headed inland to look for any signs of a dragon. In his search, he didn't find any dragons, but only noticed large holes that appeared to be some kind of burial sites, that were empty, he suspected large scale necromancy, and worried a large group of men were involving themselves with powerful black magic, as one man couldn't possibly ressurect such a large beast by himself.

Gandalf reached in his pack on the side of his horse and pulled out a tattered map, on it he saw a small man settlement called Helgen, he was less than a day away, so long as he stays course. He decides he will get there before nightfall and rest, maybe ask about any dragon sightings.

As he neared the Nord village, he heard a large commotion off the road a bit, in the off chance it was related to the dragon he'd heard about, he had to check it out. He hopped off his steed on the side of the path and ordered her to stay, he grabbed his staff and his legendary blade known as The Foehammer (or Glamdring in elvish tongue), he took it from a camp of three mountain trolls, it glows blue when orcs are near, forged by High Elves in the second era.

As he went into the forest off the road the commotion got louder and louder, the sky darkened as clouds covered the already setting sun, he wispered a spell into the head of his wooden staff and a magical blue-white light formed to brighten his path. When he arrived at a small clearing in the forest he saw two groups of men fighting alongside two horse drawn carts. Not wanting to get involved in petty civil rivalries, he sneakily backed away to return to his cart, as he turned around a man surprised him with a shield bash to the head. Gandalf fell over unconscious and the man dragged him to one of the carts as the warriors in blue cloaks surrendered to the other men.

Mithrandir awoke in the cart beside three men he could only vaguely remember from the battle. Upon hearing from the other men, he discovered they've all been captured and are being taken to Helgen.

(Thus begins your journey in Skyrim as Gandalf the Grey)

Race: Nord seemed to work best, but you may be able to use a Breton. It's not hard to make the character look like Gandalf, as long hair, a beard and bushy eyebrows in gray will sufice.

Stone: Either Mage or Warrior, as you'll be using one handed as well as magic skill. I went with the Lover stone to balance them evenly.

Shouts: Ice Form, Frost Breath, Fire Breath, Unrelenting Force, and the most importantly... DISMAY (Gandalf murmurs black speech, an ancient language of Mordor. The enemy flees in terror.)

    Stats: Magicka 2/ Health 2/ Stamina 1.

Major Skills: One handed, Alteration, Illusion, Enchanting.

    Minor Skills: Destruction, Conjuration.

Weapons: Enchanted Silver Sword titled "The Foehammer" with a shock enchantment (because it glows blue) and a fear enchantment (because Glamdring is an infamously deadly blade, your enemies recognize it and flee in terror). A staff of Magelight in Gandalf's left hand is used to light dark caves and ruins, like he did in the mines of Moria where he faced the Balrog, an ancient foe that was uncovered by the dwarves in their search for riches.

Apparel: This was the hardest part of the build, if you're playing on PC, then I would reccomend using console commands to get gray robes, if not, Blue Mage robes may be your best bet. Enchanted with increased magicka regeneration and fortify alteration. Shoes Boots of your choice enchanted with fortify one handed. Some form of bracers with fortify magicka and one handed enchantments, avoid gloves. No head apparel.

Quests: College of Winterhold, Dragonborn, Raven Rock Mine. (These are just suggestions)

The best looking staff for the character is the restoration staff, but since Gandalf wasn't exactly a healer, this isn't going to work. The alteration staff is usable, the player should have a staff of Magelight.

Regarding Combat Specifically: Since you'll either have a sword and staff or sword and spell in your hands, you wont be able to block, so remember to keep some distance between you and the enemy unlucky enough to be fighting you. Have your staff out when exploring a dark place, have your staff AND sword out when fighting in a dark area, and have your sword and a spell when fighting in a well lit area.

    This is interesting.

    Some advice:

Every time you have one of these: "Race:" etc., you should bold and underline it.

Some of the words in your perkspread are grey instead of white.

I wouldn't use still-shots taken from the films. I would use fan art.

Also, don't mention any non-Elder Scrolls in the backstory. Just explain how and why The Grey Wizard is in Skyrim.

It appears you took the majority of my advice and fixed up your build. +1 from me.
