An additional note, I like the idea of wanderer. I don't think I'm going to worry about storage at all - if I don't carry it, I don't own it. This will be a big change for me because I usually try to grab all the treasure worth carrying (usually around a 10 gp: 1 unit of weight ratio, minimum) and either sell it or keep it in my house.

I already played the Rurouni Kenshin build. I'm a fain, big time, of the anime, so I played it in Skyrim. Didn't write the build though, but I'm happy that you did! I also didn't use your move Ryūmeisen (nice one), but I've just gotta try it!
Btw I played it with a breton. I never, never really take the racial skill bonuses into consideration, and the magic resistance seemed fine to counter magic a bit.
