Every conjurer knows the beings known as Atronachs. Powerful Daedra, they are made up of a single pure substance. Bound together by enchantments and glyphs, they are used usually as guardians. Atronachs appear somewhat humanoid and moderately intelligent, but none have taken on a true human form.
Except for one. There is a myth, an Atronach made up of pure magic. It combines the powerful spells of the Storm Atronach, the strength of the Frost Atronach, the speed of the Flame Atronach, and the undead abilities of the Flesh Atronach. It's intelligence surpasses most Daedra, and some even say it is god-like. The only one of it's kind, it's appearance has never been seen - or at least, no one knows anyone who lived to see it.
The Magic Atronach
The Magic Atronach is my take on the Sorcerer from Elder Scrolls Online.
Sorcerers use conjuration and destruction spells, hurling lightning bolts and creating shock fields, wielding dark magic to snare and stun, and sumonning from Oblivion to conjure Daedric combat followers.
This build will be using all magic skills except for Illusion. Sorcerers in ESO (as far as I can tell) differ greatly from Sorcerers in other Elder Scrolls games, such as Oblivion; in Oblivion, Sorcerers use Heavy Armor and absorb Magicka from other magic users. However, in ESO Sorcerers used Light Armor as in ESO they help magic-users with various spell-related enchantments. In this build, we will be using no armor, instead relying on Alteration for armor, and enchant clothing.
Enjoy!
The Daedric Princes feared me. They decided my powers were too great. Too powerful for a lowly Atronach. They took me by surprise. I couldn't defeat all of them at once.
Curse them. Curse them all. They put me in this form, with so little of my powers. Is this my judgement?
I think not. My power was unrivaled in my previous life, and it will be unrivaled in this one. I will conquer this land's magic, make it my own. They shall fear my name, and then it will be them that I will imprison here.

Destruction
Your primary way of dealing damage. You will be using the lightning spells, runes and cloaks. Very few characters have resistance to lighting damage, so it is a powerful way to deal damage. Leveling up Destruction also means that you will have more charges in Staves, which is useful for very long fights that drain your Magicka or at early levels to access a spell you don't have. When you have Chain Lightning and Storm Atronach from Conjuration, you can use the Storm Atronach as a conduit to strike enemies you don't have a clear view of. (Credit goes to TwistedOrthrus' Witchhunter for this amazing idea)
Conjuration
My favorite skill in the game. Conjuration is all about getting others to do your work, but it also gives you Bound Weapons to get soul gems and as a quick way to level Conjuration up. Your main summons will be Atronachs, and I didn't take the Necromancy perks because Atronachs were more reliable and the fact that there were three different kinds meant that at 100 Conjuration and Twin Souls I could summon a permanent Flame Atronach and a Frost Atronach, while I act as a Storm Atronach. That way, I had fire, frost and shock damage.
Alteration
This is mostly your shield and armor. Using shield spells, you can make an effective armor rating in case you are hurt. Equilibrium is also used if you are safe and need a bit more magic, especially in lower levels. Don't be afraid to use it if you're not safe as well - if you know you can kill with just a bit more Magicka, can't use your daily Highborn, do it. Better risk and live then die.
Lastly, spells like Ash Rune and Paralyze is very useful when you are swarmed by enemies. Ash Rune can be used in front of you to make sure anyone who charges at you will be immobilized, letting you run away to get more range for spells and conjure creatures.
Enchanting
Enchanting is your crafting skill. And as much as I hate crafting skills, it's very useful in terms of what you can do. Enchant your clothing with Destruction cost reduction, Fortify Magicka, Magicka regeneration, Fortify Health, etc.
You also use Enchanting with a Staff Enchanter to make various staves as back up weapons. Do not underestimate their usefulness; sometimes your creatures might be stuck in a wall, you don't have Magicka to resummon them or to cast Destruction spells, etc, you can always pull out a staff.
If you ever need money for buying spells, you can always enchant random weapons or armor and sell them for money.
Restoration
From ward spells to healing, Restoration makes you rest assured that you can heal back up quickly if you're ever hurt. Being a vampire means that these spells are even more effective with Necromage. Wards make fights against other mages easy, but remember that those drain your Magicka quickly. Dodging fireballs should be easier, but in tight spaces wards are your best friend. You can also use healing spells with Equilibrium to recover Magicka quickly.
Abilities
In ESO, Sorcerers had three class skill lines that had abilities which were basically their spells. I tried to convert them into Skyrim spells.

Sparks/Lightning Bolt/Thunderbolt + Ash Shell/Paralyze

Equipment
No single piece of clothing is recommended for this build. At early levels, the Archmage's Robes and an Adept Hood, Ring of the Erudite will be alright, but you REALLY want to enchant your own clothing of your choice. Magicka Regeneration, Fortify Destruction/Magicka, Fortify Health. Anything you feel you need more of, make sure to acquire it through enchanting.
For staves, there are a few unique ones that I found useful.
Roleplay
You are a power-hungry Atronach, disguised as a High-Elf. Fueled by revenge, nothing will stop you in your path on becoming the best sorcerer this world has known, and return as the Magic Atronach. For those of you who know alignments, think of this character as Lawful Evil. Everyone is beneath you as you are the most powerful.
You are ruthless and see everyone as a "test subject" for your spells. Show no mercy in battle, and always act for your advantage. If you choose to have a follower (you shouldn't need one), and if he/she dies, then simply go on to the next one. They are simply pawns after all.

Thanks to everyone who read this build! I had a lot of fun playing this, and I hope you do too. Good luck to everyone else who is in this Event!

This is a lovely build and beautifully presented. You might want to make mention of the Conjuration spell failure as a reason to change Stone's, if that factors in at all

Thank you.
I actually played this with the Unofficial Skyrim Patch and was unaware of this when making this build, but for those who do not have it or who aren't playing on PC, you can use The Apprentice Stone. Sorry for forgetting about that.
Thank you.
