Maxing out both enchanting and smithing wont make this build over powered. And its not actually a necessity maxing out this two skills. The only reason why I put it in is to increase the damage of your "Iron Battleaxe" which is one of the lowest damaging battleaxe in the game and and to not make you too frail even at higher levels.
Besides the "Iron Battleaxe" does not benefit from any smithing perk. And I guess you got me wrong "Weapons having maxed out enchanting and smithing", I'm pointing out at the weapons and gears having maxed with enchanting and smithing. As for this build you'll only be using an "Iron Battleaxe" so theirs no way for you to become too powerful but also not make you too worthless.
