Project Wight is a game inspired by northern folklore and myth like Grendel where you play as a monster whose race is being hunted by humans to extinction. You will start the game as a young child and grow throughout to an adult. The game combines horror and fantasy and will come to PC first and they are also hoping for PS and Xbox.

Looks similar to Far Cry to me, were they made by the same people (sorry if this was said in the video, I can't turn up my volume right now)? Without a doubt it looks intriguing. but I wonder how fun it would be after the novelty wears off - there's only so many times you can go through that neck-biting animation before it gets annoying, and that looks like the only way you can attack.

The game is being made by The Outsiders which is a dev team made up of former DICE devlopers who were sick of making the same games over and over. They did confirm it is an RPG and your powers and attacks will change as the creature grows older throughout the game.
