Relycs, it's been how long since the last deathmatch? And there are how many builds in the Bloodworks? Things are going to be missed, and I think you'll find that build is called an outlier, they happen.
Your also overlooking the fact that the deathmatchs function as a way to give builds in the Bloodworks attention. If the build deserves it and it's here then it will get the likes/votes. I'd be willing to bet that most of these builds have received more likes in the past day then they have in the month prior to the Deathmatch.

Don't worry I forgive you
It happens whenever someone objects to something related to this system. Even if it's just how Curse is telling people that if they post badly made builds the build isn't going to get to stay. I'm also so used to seeing people complaining about the very idea of deleting builds that it's sort of automatic.
