Man this feels like the definitive go-to fallout build. Congratulations Madd! I truly think the vagabond perfectly captures the context, the "feel' of the Fallout world. Well done! :D

Alright Madd, so I have been playing my tweeked survival mod version of the Vagabond a lot lately. Sitting around level 40 and really, really enjoying myself. It was a steep start but I did back a b-line to the coast and started trying to kill mirelurks in Salem before even getting to level 10....but I made it! He is really fun and it is SOOO hard to push myself to not set up shop and build settlements and keep that nomadic lifestyle going. Best I have been able to do is gather small caches of valuable scrap and keep it in primary settlements like Diamond City and Far Harbor. I am currently playing in Far Harbor and I feel this area really shines with my Vagabond! This playthrough has even inspired me to consider a new build that takes a lot of the vibes here and combines it with some other perks and abilities and wraps it in a package of one of my favorite factions in the game: the Children of Atom. Sort of an Atom's Ranger kind of build. :D
Thanks for the great build Madd!!!

The start is definitely the most intense but it definitely adds to the fun, as does the no settlements :p You're definitely right about the setting of Far Harbor, sneaking around through dense fog just feels so right!Alright Madd, so I have been playing my tweeked survival mod version of the Vagabond a lot lately. Great work MM - a nice change of pace from builds that revolve around factions. You'd have to expect that a world like Fallout, that is so messed up, would have many, more of this type of 'loner' character wandering around, and you've really nailed the aesthetic of this one.
It's a 'like' from me :)
