Yeah... My Mythic Dragon (Not the name, I;m just too lazy to type the whole thing out) is going to hit a max of level 15...maybe 20, if that.
Also just as a precaution are mods acceptable. I figure at this point most people are either #PCMasterRace for Oblivion/Morrowind or can't play the game so I figured I'd use a few mods for making my character more interesting than just the Main Quest (I mean...not gonna spoil anything but there is a rather popular Mythic Dawn Quest Mod)

Mods are definitely allowed. I don´t play without mods, but I don´t present them in my builds because people will probably use many other mods and such. It is usually best for people to figure out what mods will suit this character and their style.
But back to the topic, Mythic Dawn mod is really great. I think it was one of my first quest mods I ever downloaded years ago. Throw some lines about that mod in your build. It could be good way to present interesting mods.

Exactly! Shame that I know Cyrodiil from one end to another...
I´m still discovering lots of interesting places thanks to Unique Landscapes though.

Well, maybe you could go for simple glory seeking Companion.
Or more interesting version: What if all Companions from Circle (werewolfs) died out and this Companion is tasked to gain lycanthropy and bring it back to Jorvaskr? So he went to Solstheim but for some reason was captured by Imperials? What do you think?

I am not sure that Companions were werewolfs in time of 3e. Have to check, but idea is nice. Also I think about witch warrior possibility (giving character very weak magical abilities, ofcourse this would be purely opitional)

I don't have a PC at the moment so, sadly, my copy of Morrowind gathers dust.
But if I did, I would pitch in with a Camonna Tong build. I've always found them an intriguing faction, and it was a great tragedy that you couldn't join them in Morrowind. They laid out all the ranks for them, but never got around to making them joinable for some reason, sadly!

I was considering doing Camonna Tong for Oblivion, but Hlaalu ultimately took over. I plan to use some of their connection to Camonna Tong though.
But I would love to see how you would play Camonna Tong in Morrowind! Shame about your PC, Paul.
But for some reason I despise that group. Mainly for their xenophobic agenda.

I wanted to ask, guys. Do you think that House Hlaalu noble would ally himself with the Dark Brotherhood? Considering that Morag Tong operates only in Morrowind, it could be useful to have DB as allies, but...I´m not sure if the Hlaalu considered this pact...safe. Morag Tong are professionals, it´s usually strictly bussiness, but Dark Brotherhood seems to be too much...unpredictable to me.

If it's the DB run by my contest build than probably not
From my limited understanding of the House and what you've said about the character, maybe... if you made the "pact" you could always say that the character is more of a risk taker than others of his House, if not then as you've said it's not the most reliable of pacts.
