The Helm Of Oreyn Bearclaw is a powerful artifact once wielded by its namesake, Oreyn Bearclaw, a hunter in Valenwood. The helm was known to be enchanted, and would increase its wearer's stamina and agility.
Known for his great deeds, Oreyn's helm symbolized his accomplishments after he died of the Knahaten Flu. However, Oreyn's fame was actually due to his loyal follower, an Orismer named Kharag gro-Khar. During the Nerevarine Prophecy, Malacath asked the Nerevarine to kill Oreyn Bearclaw's last living relative, and end his line as vengeance for Kharag. After accomplishing the task, Malacath gifted the Nerevarine the helm, and Oreyn's line was ended.
Unfortunatly for Malacath, during the Oblivion Crisis, the Helm reappeared in the possession of another of Oreyn's line, one Malacath did not know of, named Modryn Oreyn. Part of the Fighter's Guild, he gave the helm to the Champion of Cyrodiil when he became Master of the Fighter's Guild, hoping that the Champion could restore glory to the Oreyn name. The helm has not reappeared since it came into the possession of the Champion.

The Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw can be recreated in Skyrim using a few different types of Helms. In the Vanilla version, the Stormcloak Officer Helm, the Dragonbone Helm, and the Falmer Helm can be used. However, if you have Dawnguard, the Falmer Heavy or Hardened helms can be used. I personally recommend the Dragonbone helm. To replicate the enchantment, a high leveled fortify stamina and/or stamina regeneration can be used.
