  I've tried to kill the Jarl of Whiterun and it's hard as a werewolf I thought I killed him but I forgot to see eating [Feed] so he's still alive.

  In case you haven't noticed most quest-related characters are marked as essential - when they're supposed to die they crawl around on the ground for a bit and get back up at full health. This makes it so that you can't unwittingly completely screw over your save game (as I'm sure many Morrowind players will have experience with).

  I have been told that if you have the perk to place poison in there pockets you can kill the yarls but havent tried it yet.

  Yeah, I'm pretty sure Ponty's got it right.  At least until he is deposed as jarl, and most likely after that as well, he just will not die.

  Get the "Kill em' All" mod on Steam Workshop. It unmarks all essential NPCs.

  Derp. How do you not know what an essential is.

  i think u get to kill him if you join the stormcloaks but im not sure. i havnt played the army questline

  You get to fight him but he *MINOR SPOILER ALERT* surrenders.
