I would personally like to see the Lilmothiit (no hard evidence of them being extinct!), Ka Po Tun, and the Maormer.

As I have already stated - Maormer. Water magic, control of sea serpents, possible inclusion of naval combat and underwater cities, summoning storms and tsunamis...
