  Something is wrong with your texture files. I really can't give you any more info than that from just this picture.

  To be honest going through each and every mod you have installed and figuring out which one did this is something you have to learn to do yourself. Start uninstalling things (starting from the ones you installed latest) until this stops happening.

  oh i have this problem for about 1 month, but small isues that didn't annoyed me.Look like i have work to do:))
