  Working on a gimped build that I will share after a solid play-through.
  
  I know that some blocking perks work with two hand weapons, would the same be true for blocking with a one handed weapon? And can I get some clarification to which perks would work, if any?
  
  Note that I am not using a shield.

  All the perks that works with two handed weapons works with single wield of one handed weapons too.
  I think that the Tips And Tricks group would be better suited for your question.
