    yep thats right no bull shit. im level 17.......killed a dragon near dark water pass.....no soul absorbing?

    @vincent he doesn't mean unlocking shouts as in going to magic menu and selecting them, he means he killed a dragon adn didn't absorb anything, it happened with me as well. I have killed about 10 dragons, i'm level 21 and for one of them the dragon just l...  more

    When you go to unlock a shout press x instead of a if your on the xbox. I had the same problem. If your on pc look at the bottom left of your screen it should say which button is unlock a shout.
