Thar will be times that I'll actually go random dungeon crawling, word wall hunting, and dragon hunting just to become more powerful. But I will also try to run at certain points like if I'm actuly trying to go some where or do some thing.

I'll fight. I'll probably be playing a Dunmer, and they have 75% fire resistance, so I'll be okay unless it lands

I'm with Jay of this one, the first time I come across a dragon I want it to be so scary that I will be running away with my tail between my legs. Later on in the game I would probably have some more skill and know how to fight these epic beasts. That's what the need to be, epic beasts, I know epic is overused lately but I mean epic in the traditional sense of the word!

Yeah Austin, I love the part where the soldier ditches his helmet and shouts, "Run!" to the townsfolk ahead of him.

Yeah.. I want to have to be on edge whenever I am top side in the world with one eye to the sky ready to bolt at the sight of one

I hope that fighting dragons is scary.  I want to be in the middle of battling one and be like, "Screw this!" and bolt for the nearest shelter, looking over my shoulder frantically.

At least on the first encounter.  By the end of the game I expect to be one bad ass dragon-hunter that runs towards a dragon as everyone else is running away.  Kind of like that live-action trailer.
